How do I use "Mira"?

Mira is a one-piece garment that extends from the bust to mid-thigh.
 
Because it has no waistband, there is no waistband to roll up or lower. The fabric has a double layer: the outer layer is firm and shapes the tummy and waist, defining the silhouette's curve, and the inner layer is soft, for comfortable skin contact. 

In the back, the shorts have a shape that lifts and rounds the buttocks instead of flattening them.

The garment is seamlessly woven and has no clasps, zippers, or snap buttons, so it doesn't show under tight clothing. 

Putting it on is simple: start with the legs, pull it up to the bust, and smooth it over the waist. The straps are convenient and removable: wear the straps under regular blouses and dresses, or remove them for strapless, off-the-shoulder, and one-shoulder looks.

The mid-thigh shorts prevent the thighs from rubbing together when walking or dancing. The opening at the crotch allows for bathroom breaks without removing the garment. 

According to the supplier, the fabric is comfortable. The Nude color is recommended for light-colored clothing, and the Black color for dark-colored clothing.

How do I pick my size?

Measure your waist and hips and compare the measurements with the size chart available in the last image of the product photo gallery. Do not choose a smaller size to get more compression: shapewear that is too small will tighten instead of smoothing.

Is it comfortable enough to wear for hours?

The inner layer is soft against your skin, and the knit is breathable. New to shapewear? Wear it around the house for an hour first to get used to the feel.
